In the Mood for Something Yummy? Try a Crepe!
Dessert Crepe Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 prepackaged crepes
16 oz. fat-free ricotta cheese or fat-free Greek yogurt
1 pint fresh blueberries (feel free to use other fresh fruits)
1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla syrup
Fat-free whipped cream
Directions:
Combine ricotta cheese or yogurt in blender with fruit and sugar free syrup. Divide between 4 crepes. Place in crepe and fold. Microwave for 20 seconds. Serve with fat-free whipped cream.
