Beat The Heat With A Yogurt Smoothie

6 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt
¼ cup sugar-free syrup, your choice of flavor
1 cup ice
Fruit (optional, see below)
Fat-free whipped cream (optional)
Directions
Blend fat-free Greek Yogurt, ice, sugar-free syrup, and optionally, the fruit of your choice thoroughly. If you choose to use fruit, you must count the carbs! It’s not an exact science; just use 20 carbs for the size of an apple. If you’d like, top it off with some whipped cream.
Here are some flavor combinations I enjoy: blueberries with vanilla syrup, bananas with chocolate syrup, strawberries with vanilla syrup, strawberries and banana with vanilla or chocolate syrup and mango with vanilla syrup. Experiment and find something you love!
