1. Counting Calories
It’s not how much you eat, but what you eat. Dunkin Donuts advertises an egg-white wrap for under 300 calories. Sounds Great. But what they don’t advertise is that is could be up to 10 grams of fat! Not so great!
2. Not Reading Labels
You need to understand how many carbs and fats are in the products and meals you are eating. I think you’ll be very surprised by the different products out there.
3. Don’t Eat After A Certain Time
Each of us has our weak spots. I know that after dinner I need snacks….both salty and sweet. I plan my day around this, so I can enjoy these treats before bed. Know what you really want, and plan around it. It’s the total at the end of the day, not the time you enjoy food!
