I saw you 11 years ago to lose weight, when I was approaching 60 years old. I had been overweight for most of my life (with a few brief periods of weight loss that I always gained back and then more) and wanted to finally take it off and keep it off. Over about 18 months, I lost about 90 pounds (with only one actual weight loss session with you). I’m happy to report that I’m still within 5 pounds of that weight loss, despite that fact that I’ve had two hip replacements (which I understand can add 3-5 pounds each). Although I no longer keep to 15/150, I still think in terms of fats and carbs every day of my life!
The current pandemic and being locked down at home has been a great time for reflection and I wanted to tell you that I will be eternally grateful for you helping me to change my relationship with food!
