“Proud To Be Me” – Week 2

I have just completed Week 2 of Dr. Rosenberg’s “Proud to Be Me” weight loss plan, and so far I have seen improvement as I move forward with the program. Over the past few days, I have noticed a change in my approach to eating and the food choices that I make on a daily basis. I have become much more conscious of the ingredients and fat content of the foods that I eat and continually remind myself to read the nutritional information. By increasing my awareness of what I eat, I have been forced to slow down during each meal and I recognize when I’ve gone overboard on snacking. Although I have found success with the program, I was concerned with the fact that I continually fell asleep while the recording was playing. I contacted Dr. Rosenberg to inquire about this issue, and he assured me that it is very normal and many people have a similar reaction. Since your subconscious mind is available for the first half-hour of sleep, the 19-minute tape is still effective even if you doze off. So don’t be afraid of the tape making you snooze, you’ll be on your way to healthy eating in no time!
