Reading and understanding nutrition labels is so important. Labels normally list total fat followed by subcategories, including saturated fat, trans fat, polyunsaturated fat, and monounsaturated fat. Under carbohydrates, you will see total carbohydrates usually followed by sugar, dietary fiber, and other carbohydrates.
