Are you tired all the time?
There can be many reasons as to why people are tired. With the 21st century obsession with a fast-paced world, it’s hard to know what day it is. With the increase in technology giving everything we need in the palm of our hands such as computers, Ipads, and the biggest one Smartphones, it’s no wonder everyone is rushing around trying to do everything at once. The jobs, the homes, the kids, social cycle, friends, and everyone need time and which means managing it all day, every day. This monotonous routine is a huge factor in answering the question why am I so tired? There are other facts too, such as sleep disorder, too much smoking, too much stress, and too much rushing around.
Although, smoking can be a huge factor in your everyday tiredness, which is something I read in a recent article. “Moreover, the people who smoke a lot or the chain smokers have a high tendency of getting tired. Smokers ask themselves this question of why am I so tired, the first thing that should come to mind is smoking. A little quitting of smoking for a day or two can be extremely effective.”
If you’re a smoker and sick of being tired all the time, why don’t you do the first step to ride this tiredness out of your life? Maybe for a day, maybe for a week, or maybe even forever!!
