(DOYLESTOWN, Pa.) – The Law Office of Richard L. Newman will host a program entitled, “Are You REALLY Ready for Retirement? Find Your Retirement Identity And Purpose,” on Tuesday, May 22 from 6-7 p.m. at their office located at 50 East Court Street, Doylestown, Pa. The program is part of a continuing Community Education Series featuring subject experts sharing information and resources on a variety of topics relevant to seniors, their adult caregiving children, or parents and guardians of loved ones with special needs.
The May 22 program will be presented by Dr. Steven Rosenberg, Ph.D., a psychotherapist and behavioral specialist in Elkins Park, Pa., who will discuss ways that individuals and couples can plan ahead to prepare themeselves for what their lives will be like during their retirement years. “So much focus is on saving money for retirement,” says Rosenberg. He adds, “While being prepared financially is extremely important, seniors also need to prepare themselves mentally and emotionally for what lies ahead during their retirement years.”
