These individual sessions will break down your smoking habits, dieting patterns, and/or lifestyle difficulties and each step along the way can be focused on and worked through. Additionally, Dr. Rosenberg will have the opportunity to work with you at your own pace instead of a group session that continues moving forward at the group’s speed.

Group Hypnosis sessions are equally beneficial based on your goals and demands for hypnosis. Group sessions are great for those that have needs that are general and can be addressed in a group setting. These group hypnosis sessions tend to have up to 10 people in them and the subject of the group is tailored to the entire group and not just one individual. Answering questions and learning different techniques from others in a group session has been highly beneficial for patients choosing this path.
